The Role: What You'll Be Doing
* Be a trusted partner to both clients and candidates
* Engage with businesses to understand their hiring needs
* Use a variety of business development techniques to offer tailored recruitment solutions
* Source and qualify talent via headhunting, networking, and job boards
* Build strong, lasting relationships with both candidates and clients
* Contribute directly to revenue growth and the wider success of the team
