Taking the lead at this warm and welcoming service in Welwyn Garden City, supporting four ladies and two gentlemen with a range of needs including Dementia, Autism, and Learning Disabilities.

As a Service Leader Level 2 (Registered Manager), you’ll be responsible for:

* Promoting independence, dignity, and choice in every aspect of care and support
* Creating opportunities for people to engage with their local and wider community
* Supporting people with behaviours that require intensive planning and management
* Leading a large, dedicated team of Support Workers
* Driving performance and setting a positive, inclusive culture
* Ensuring services are well-resourced and compliant with CQC standards

In addition, you will be comfortable using basic IT systems that are required within the role - training can be offered to support this area. If you do not already hold a professional qualification in Health and Social Care, i.e. Care Management Level 3, then we will support you to work towards one.
