About The Role
As a eCommerce Marketplace Assistant, your primary purpose is to support the smooth running and optimisation of product listings across marketplace platforms to drive revenue and profitability. You’ll assist with product setup, content updates, pricing management, and performance tracking, ensuring listings are accurate, competitive, and engaging. Working closely with the Trading and Marketing teams, you’ll help identify sales opportunities, monitor marketplace trends, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of online trading.
Your responsibilities
* Support the day-to-day management of product listings across marketplace platforms
* Upload accurate product data including SKUs, descriptions, images, bullet points and content
* Monitor listing health, stock availability, profitability and general product visibility
* Assist with the setup of new products, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
* Run basic reports to track sales, clicks and other performance KPIs
* Update and optimise product content, imagery, and pricing to maximise sales performance
* Carry out basic competitor checks to benchmark listing content and offer strategy
* Learn and apply Amazon SEO best practices to help improve listing visibility
* Support the implementation of promotions, campaigns, and pricing strategies
