Job Description
At AECOM, our Bridges division is expanding due to recent high-profile project wins. We seek ambitious, hardworking, enthusiastic Civil & Structural Engineering graduates with computational, mathematical, and design skills. You will work on projects from concept to implementation for local, national, or international clients, focusing on result delivery and technical challenge enjoyment.
Our global Bridges team offers opportunities in design, assessment, maintenance, and structural renewal of bridges across UK and abroad, including offices in London, Madrid, Italy, the US, and the Middle East. We value innovation, sustainability, and collaboration, requiring skills such as excellence, agility, communication, and global awareness.

Responsibilities
Successful candidates will use industry-leading software and contribute to:
* Structural Design
* Bridge Assessment
* Finite Elements Analysis
* Structural Inspections
* Structures Renewal Feasibility Studies
* On-site Works Supervision
* Scheme Management
You will be involved from design inception to completion, including on-site inspections and resource management. We support your professional development, including mobility and increasing responsibilities.
Qualifications
* BEng in Civil or Structural Engineering, 2:1 or above
* MEng or MSc preferred
* Experience in Structural/Bridge Engineering advantageous
* Strong technical understanding and interest in Bridge Structures
* Willingness to pursue chartership (ICE or IStructE)
* Proficiency in MS Office
* Effective communication skills
* Enthusiasm, ambition, teamwork, and independence
