Photo Shop Sales Assistant – Max Spielmann, a Service Based Retail Company
Location: Stockport & Handforth
Job Type: Permanent /Full Time
Pay: Starting at £26,520 per annum increasing to £26,624 per annum following a successful trial period. You also have the opportunity to earn uncapped weekly bonus.
Hours: Full time 40 hours over 5 days including weekends with some overtime available when trained.
Job Description
We are looking for people with great personalities who are experienced in any previous customer-focused roles and who are excited to learn something new. You will use your initiative to complete a variety of photographic services, including prints, canvases, portraits, frames, photo gifts, and Photoshop, for our customers.
You will work in branches in Stockport & Handforth and may be required to work in other areas for training.
Responsibilities
* Use initiative to complete photographic services for customers.
* Provide excellent customer service while operating retail equipment.
* Assist customers with product selection and photo editing.
* Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
* Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications
* Drive to succeed and a strong work ethic.
* Good communication skills and a friendly, professional manner.
* Ability to look smart and maintain a polished appearance.
* No prior experience required – we provide full training.
