Global Mobility and Immigration Specialist
The Global Mobility and Immigration (GM&I) team manages international assignments, transfers, and cross-border compliance across the Millennium group.
The GM&I specialist interprets assignment programs and policies, immigration requirements, communicates effectively with stakeholders, liaises with vendors, and analyzes GM&I case activity.
Reporting to the GM&I Manager, responsibilities include managing mobility caseloads, supporting program formulation, coordinating with vendors, conducting due diligence, producing cost estimates, and communicating policies to individuals and stakeholders. Coordination with immigration, tax advisors, and relocation companies is essential.
The role supports process improvements and infrastructure development as the team grows. Independence, sound judgment, and solution orientation are required.
The GM&I specialist should have a good understanding of immigration, tax, social security, contracts, and systems related to international mobility.
Principal Responsibilities
1. Apply and execute GM&I policies and programs
2. Manage mobility cases from start to finish
3. Review cost projection estimates
4. Provide technical guidance and due diligence
5. Prioritize and deliver work timely
6. Maintain relationships with stakeholders and vendors
7. Create presentations for stakeholders
8. Explain GM&I policies clearly
9. Maintain case reports and analytics
10. Coordinate with external partners and vendors
11. Support GM&I program development
Role Expectations

2. Advise on mobility matters, tailoring solutions as needed
3. Identify challenges and collaborate for solutions
4. Develop a center of excellence for GM&I at Millennium

Qualifications/Skills
1. University degree preferred
2. 4+ years GM&I experience, preferably in financial services
3. Proficient in GM&I disciplines, experience with EMEA and APAC immigration desirable
4. Strong communication skills
5. Attention to detail and integrity
6. Analytical and problem-solving skills
7. Stakeholder management and adaptable communication style
8. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
9. Collaborative team player with relationship skills
