Reporting directly to the Team Leader, you'll ensure that all parts meet customer requirements and rigorous industry standards. Position Details Pay : £14 per hour plus weekly shift allowance. Hours : Monday to Thursday 6am-4pm. Key Responsibilities: Inspect with Precision : Review parts against customer requirements and standards, identifying and addressing any issues promptly. Documentation and Quality Control : Manage route cards and oversee material issuance to the shop floor, ensuring accuracy in every step. Kanban Management : Maintain control of Kanban processes to support efficient workflow. Ongoing Training : Regularly update skills and knowledge to stay at the forefront of quality standards. Manual Handling : Handle components with care, ensuring quality through every phase. About You: Attention to Detail : You must have excellent eyesight and be able to pass a company standard eyesight test, strong dexterity, and experience with inspection equipment, enabling you to spot imperfections and maintain high quality. Quality-Minded : Previous experience in quality control or inspection is essential, as you'll be responsible for upholding rigorous standards. Flexible and Hands-On : You adapt to work demands with a 'can-do' attitude and are ready to lend a hand where needed.
