Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 (Early finish at 15:00 on Fridays!)
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
Transport: Must have own transport (visits to clients required)
Due to continued expansion, JAM Staffing Solutions is looking for an Industrial Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Telford. 🔧 The Role:

Managing and developing a warm industrial desk
*
Business development – identifying and bringing on new clients
*
Client management – maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
*
Sourcing, screening and placing candidates into temporary and permanent roles
*
Visiting clients onsite (you must have your own transport)
💼 We’re Looking For:

Experience in recruitment or a strong interest in developing a career in recruitment

A confident, motivated and target-driven individual
*
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
*
A proactive attitude with a passion for delivering excellent service
*
Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (essential)
