The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
* Delivering targeted 1:1 and small-group Maths interventions
* Supporting students to improve confidence, engagement, and attainment
* Assisting pupils with additional needs, including SEN and SEMH
* Working closely with teachers to provide tailored classroom support
* Monitoring student progress and providing feedback to teaching staff
* Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
* Acting as a positive role model for young people
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
* Holds a degree in Maths or a closely related subject
* Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Is patient, proactive, and compassionate
* Has a genuine passion for supporting children and young people
* Can build positive relationships with students and staff
* Has previous experience working with young people (desirable but not essential)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
