Beaconsfield Day Nursery is a vibrant and welcoming environment located in the heart of Beaconsfield. Your Role
We are seeking a passionate Level 3 Room Leader to join our Preschool Room. This full-time position offers 40 hours per week with flexible shifts between 7:30 AM and 6:00 PM. Please note, this is a year-round role as our nursery operates throughout the year.

Your Responsibilities
As Room Leader, you will:
* Provide stimulating and purposeful experiences tailored to children's age and development
* Support the holistic development of children—physically, intellectually, socially, and emotionally
* Assist staff in maintaining high-quality updates on the EyLog system and children's learning journals
* Lead by example, promoting respect and credibility in your role
* Implement an effective key person approach to foster secure attachments
* Maintain accurate records related to children and staff on the EyMan system
* Ensure the safety and wellbeing of every child, staff member, parent, and visitor
* Understand and meet the requirements of the statutory framework for the EYFS

What You Need
To thrive in this role, you will need:
* Full and relevant Level 3 in Childcare qualification - Essential
* Over 1 year’s experience working in Early Years - Essential
* Over 6 months’ experience in a senior position - Desirable
* Sound knowledge of Ofsted expectations for achieving a Good or Outstanding rating - Desirable
* Knowledge of the statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements - Essential
* Fluency in written and spoken English - Essential
