This job requires the successful candidate to be able to start the actual work from day one and hit the ground running.\nThe successful candidate will show a high level of commitment and flexibility and be able to work autonomously but also work well within a team.\nCare coordinator's duties will include\nAccepting care packages and assigning care workers to service users appropriately.\nProducing care workers’ rotas;\nEnsuring that the service user's care plan and care worker files are complete;\nUsing electronic monitoring software to monitor care workers’ attendance and visit timeliness.\nArranging care reviews and risk assessments for service users with the field supervisor;\nConducting telephone monitoring and service user visits and ensuring service quality;\nLiaising with clients, local authorities, and other stakeholders;\nSupport the HR Team in recruiting care workers;\nManaging care workers and conducting care worker supervision;\nRepresenting the company during meetings with officials and service commissioners;\nAttending training events and ensuring that skills and knowledge of industry best practices are kept up-to-date;\nEnsuring that our service complies with CQC requirements.\nEnsuring that the highest standards of care are maintained at all times.\nThe role of care coordinator is a key role in the company that will require the post holder to ensure the smooth running of visits to our clients.
