Duties
* Support in providing initial advice and guidance prior to enrolment regarding your specialist sector
* Assist in onboarding learners during the enrolment stage
* Deliver comprehensive learner induction
* Support the design of new and existing programmes
* Review and develop learning resources for your programmes
* Deliver theory and practical training at college sites or via blended modes
* Conduct learner workplace visits for observations, assessments, and progress reviews
* Track and monitor the progress of main programmes on relevant systems
* Coach, advise, and guide learners to develop mindset, qualities, willpower, and positive habits, emphasizing the importance of practice for success in the workplace
* Challenge learners to exceed expectations and become ambitious in their careers
* Deliver training aligned with qualification specifications
* Establish and maintain effective relationships with employers and organizations
* Ensure learners engage with Cognassist for ALS requirements
* Provide timely, constructive, and evaluative feedback to learners, including softer skills (e.g., time management, organization)
* Carry out internal quality assurance activities (if qualified)
* Report on student progress at termly RAG meetings
Skills and Experience
* Highly motivated professional with industry experience and knowledge
* Proficient with IT tools (ECDL or equivalent level)
Qualifications
* Minimum GCSE Grade 4 / C or equivalent Level 2 qualifications in Maths and English
* Level 3 NVQ or City & Guilds craft/advanced craft in relevant subject

* Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a busy environment
* Effective communication skills with diverse groups of people of all ages and levels
