<div><p>Were looking for an experienced payroll administrator to join our clients team and take ownership of our end-to-end payroll function.</p><p>This is a busy, varied role that would suit someone who enjoys getting into the detail, takes pride in accuracy, and is comfortable working to tight deadlines.</p><h3>What youll be doing</h3><ul><li>Processing weekly and monthly payroll for employed staff</li><li>Managing CIS deductions, monthly returns and subcontractor verification</li><li>Handling PAYE, NI and pension (auto-enrolment) submissions to HMRC</li><li>Maintaining accurate employee records and dealing with starters, leavers and changes</li><li>Responding to pay queries from staff and subcontractors in a timely manner</li><li>Producing payroll reports for the finance team and senior management</li><li>Supporting year-end processes including P60s and P11Ds</li></ul><h3>What were looking for</h3><ul><li>Proven experience processing payroll end-to-end, ideally in a construction or trade business</li><li>Solid understanding of deductions and monthly returns</li><li>Good working knowledge of PAYE, NI, auto-enrolment and statutory payments
</li><li>Confident using payroll software (Sage, Xero or similar)</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to work to strict deadlines</li><li>A proactive, organised approach and the ability to manage your own workload</li><li>Good communication skills youll be dealing with people at all levels</li></ul></div>
