Overview
We are seeking an ambitious Senior Account Executive and an Account Manager in Healthcare Communications for our London-based client. They are fully independent, thriving with new business on board and more set for 2026, and they need additional experienced client services individuals to bolster their already established and welcoming team.
The agency covers a mix of promotional accounts and medical affairs; current needs are predominantly promotional, so solid experience in and enjoyment of promotional project types is essential. There may be a small amount of light medical affairs work too.
Examples of core deliverables include:
* Strategic guidance documents, objection handlers
* Sales materials – sales aids, leave pieces, promotional emails
* Promotional meetings e.g. standalone scientific exchange meeting
* Advisory boards
* Internal client workshops e.g. customer segmentation, defining the patient type
* Training materials
* Promotional and medical congress booths
* Disease awareness pieces
All assets covered (with focus in rare diseases) are high in science complexity; a relevant BSc. is a MUST for both roles. You will also need to visit the central London office at least once a month (ideally weekly) – this is non-negotiable.
Responsibilities
* Provide strategic guidance and objection handling for promotional materials
* Develop sales aids, leave pieces, promotional emails
* Coordinate promotional meetings and advisory boards
* Lead internal client workshops on topics such as customer segmentation and patient type definition
* Create training materials and support promotional/medical congress activities
* Contribute to disease awareness initiatives

Qualifications
* BSc. is required for both roles
* Experience with promotional accounts and medical affairs preferred (promotionally focused)
