In this role, you will produce high-precision components that meet the demanding standards of top-tier engineering and performance applications. What Youll Do: Set up and operate 5-Axis CNC machines to manufacture precision metallic components. Carry out basic inspections to verify adherence to quality standards. Work closely with engineers and fellow machinists to optimise processes. Maintain a safe, clean, and organised work environment. Record production data accurately and maintain documentation. Support the training and development of new machinists. What Youll Bring: Proven experience as a 5-Axis CNC Machinist, ideally in precision engineering or high-performance environments. Strong understanding of CNC machining techniques, tooling, and 5-Axis processes. Experience working with Heidenhain controls. Familiarity with CAD/CAM software HyperMill experience is advantageous. Ability to interpret engineering drawings and work to exacting tolerances. Knowledge of tooling selection and machine maintenance. Ability to meet production deadlines and manage time effectively.
