Overview
Are you enthusiastic about joining the world\'s largest Monopile Factory and contributing to a future with Net Zero emissions? Your role as a Document Controller will be integral to the success of this ambitious venture.
Responsibilities
* Manage project documentation, maintain drawing control, and ensure the smooth circulation of documentation and revisions in accordance with project and client requirements.
* Be responsible for building Manufacturing Record Books (MRBs) for the final \"as built\" information of manufacturing records.
* Accurately log incoming and outgoing documentation using various document management systems; coordinate with stakeholders to secure timely approvals of all project documents.
* Monitor the closure of document submissions such as TQs and CNs; issue updated drawings and documents into assigned packs; upload required project documentation to client systems.
* Act as the central point for document coordination to ensure all information is properly controlled.
* Assist with administrative duties, including raising purchase requisitions for approval, filing and archiving, and preparing final documentation for client handover.
* Review document accuracy; maintain databases of sent and received documents; communicate with clients; and prepare reports on workflow management.
Qualifications
* Minimum GCSEs in English and Math (grade C or above); a degree in a relevant field is advantageous.
* Demonstrable experience in a Quality Management or Document Control role, particularly with Manufacturing Record Books (MRBs).
* Experience in the engineering, oil & gas, or renewables sectors is essential; knowledge of ISO 9001; proven skills in maintaining filing systems.
* Experience with Viewpoint for Projects and Field View is crucial for success in this role. Previous training experience is beneficial.
