The 'Right Support Right Time' project is a cross-border initiative to promote positive mental wellbeing, increase resilience and prevent the deterioration of existing mental and emotional distress in people, families, and communities. While poor mental health and wellbeing can affect anyone, this project will specifically target those more likely to experience emotional distress, trauma and/or mental illness and least likely to access appropriate mental health services namely, people living in areas of multiple deprivation, people living with disabilities, including learning/intellectual disabilities, and refugees, including those seeking international protection & vulnerable migrants. The Right Support, Right Time project is supported by the PEACEPLUS Programme, managed by the Special EU Programmes Body (SEUPB). ?? Base Location: Northern Ireland and the border counties ?? 37 hours per week (Full Time - Mon - Fri) Temporary, Fixed Term Contract (9 Months) About The Role Reporting to the Assistant Director of Mental Health & Addiction Services, the Right Support Right Time Service Manager is responsible for the overall management, monitoring and frontline delivery of the project on behalf of Inspire. Through the inclusion of people, families and communities, the Service Manager will ensure successful delivery of the project objectives to promote positive wellbeing, increase resilience and prevent the deterioration of existing mental and emotional distress in people, families and communities. What we're looking for: RQF level 6 Qualification (BSc Hons / BA Hons) or equivalent in Social Work, Health & Social Care, Education or another relevant discipline. A minimum of 3 years' direct line management experience of mental health services in a community setting or in services supporting vulnerable, disadvantaged people, families or communities in Ireland and/or Northern Ireland Experience working with external stakeholders Experience with IT packages Knowledge of mental health and/or wellbeing services To be flexible as the role will include working at various locations To possess a full current driving license Commitment to Inspire's values and mission Why Join Us?
