Annual salary: up to £24,570.00 Property Co-Ordinator Basingstoke Permanent Role - Full-Time – 37.5 hours per week Salary £24,570 per annum Mears Housing Management are seeking candidates that have a passion to deliver excellent customer service through being the first point of contact for our Letting Agents/Landlords. We are now seeking to appoint a Property Co-ordinator to join our team in Basingstoke. About the Role: As a Property Coordinator within our Basingstoke branch, the main duties will be advising and providing support to our customers and clients, coordinate with various third parties to ensure move out appointments are kept, and all steps are taken to ensure property is handed back to the landlord with no additional charges or allocated to another occupant with minimal void periods. Deliver updates, escalate cases and keep records updated. As well as adhoc and cover for colleagues and teams within MHM. Role Criteria: Customer service experience Experience working within an office environment Good communication skills Ability to work alone and as part of a team Ability to prioritise a large workload Ability to multitask and work within a fast paced environment All our roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK, Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship.
