Relief Caretaker - Corporate Landlord / Total Facilities Management
Job description
The Facilities Management team provides a caretaking service to a number of buildings throughout Bridgend County. The purpose of the role is to ensure buildings are available and fit for use. This includes opening and closing of buildings, undertaking compliance checks and ensuring the smooth running of the buildings on a day to day basis.
Full training will be provided, and you will be expected to have some knowledge of Health and Safety. Excellent communication skills are required together with a flexible approach.
The ability to greet customers through the medium of Welsh is a requirement for this post.
Protecting children, young people or adults at risk is a core responsibility of all council employees.
A valid driving licence is requirement for this post.
