Role – Account Executive (Desk-Based)

We’re excited to be hiring an Account Executive (Desk‑Based) into our team! Whether you have a background in excellent customer service and looking for a new opportunity, or an experienced Service Advisor from a dealership ready to take your industry knowledge to another level, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting Account Managers with administration, reporting and creating training materials.
* Providing remote training on Cooper Solutions products and helping resolve customer support issues.
* Developing your understanding of our products, the automotive retail sector and account management strategy.
What We’re Looking For
* Excellent customer service experience and a professional telephone manner.
* Strong communicator who is customer‑focused, a team player, with a genuine desire to help others.
* Organised, able to multi‑task and keen to learn new systems and concepts.
