FBR Recruitment are looking for an experienced Multi Trader for 3 months, opportunity for a pernament job, working across a range of housing properties carrying out planned and reactive maintenance tasks. You’ll be working across multiple local locations. Role Responsibilities: * Carry out a variety of trade skills including basic carpentry, plumbing, patch plastering, tiling, and general repairs * Complete refurb and maintenance tasks on void or occupied properties * Diagnose and resolve maintenance issues on site * Work independently to a high-quality standard Requirements: * Proven experience as a Multi Trader / Multi Skilled Operative * Good skills in several trades (carpentry, plumbing, painting, tiling, etc.) * CSCS card desirable but not essential * Ability to work alone and manage your own workload * Must do a DBS check.
