The Role We’re looking for a proactive Virtual Account Manager to join our Sales team. This office-based role focuses on managing and growing existing customer accounts while identifying and developing new business opportunities within assigned industry clusters. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers Proactively develop sales and marketing actions for prospects and distributors Conduct outbound calls to generate new business and update CRM records Manage new portal shop registrations and assess sales potential Gather market intelligence via online platforms, trade shows, and forums Create and qualify leads Essential Skills & Experience Previous experience in technical sales or customer service Strong telephone sales skills Knowledge of CRM systems, SAP, and MS Office Familiarity with LinkedIn and social media for business development Excellent communication and organisational skills Self-motivated with a “can do” attitude Right to work in the UK Benefits 25 days holiday (increasing to 27 with service) Annual bonus scheme Pension plan (5% employer contribution) Life Assurance (4x annual salary) Employee Assistance Programme Free car parking Interested?
