As a Business Administration Apprentice, you’ll gain hands-on experience in management information, client reporting, quality processes, and systems improvement, all while working alongside experienced professionals who will support your development. As part of this role, you will complete a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship, with dedicated off-the-job training delivered by an approved provider. Working as part of our high-performing Recoveries team, you will contribute to delivering high-quality client reporting, supporting audits, and enhancing our systems and processes. Main responsibilities: Proactively consider conduct risk in line with company policies, procedures, and professional standards Support departmental training and ensure knowledge of conduct risk is regularly refreshed Promote and uphold Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) and Consumer Duty principles Deliver a high standard of service, ensuring fair outcomes for clients and their customers Produce and deliver accurate management information and client reports in line with KPIs Support development and improvement of reporting processes Help to maintain quality accreditations, including ISO 9001, ISO 27001 and Lexcel Assist with data cleansing for case selection and client reporting Support client audits, including file and call reviews Assist with drafting responses to defendant complaints Our entry requirements: 3 A-levels at grade C or above, or equivalent Level 3 qualification 5 GCSE’s including Maths and English at grade 4 or above
