Are you a Land Surveyor with a background in Topographic, Measured Building, or Utilities Surveys or similar, looking to join a growing nationwide company offering long-term stability, overtime, training, and the opportunity to work on diverse projects across the UK?
Based in West Yorkshire, this company provides surveying and engineering services including utility mapping, PAS128 surveys, drainage surveys, and CAD support. From its base near Leeds, it works on projects across the UK for a range of established clients.
In this site-based role, you will conduct land and topographic surveys using total stations and laser scanning equipment, as well as carry out building and measured surveys in line with industry standards. You will collect and process survey data, produce CAD drawings using n4ce software, and work closely with the engineering and CAD teams to support a variety of infrastructure and development projects.
This role would suit a Land Surveyor with experience in Topographic, Measured, or Utility Surveys who is looking for long-term career progression, varied technical work, and the chance to work on high-quality projects within a growing nationwide company.
The Role:
* Conducting Land and Topographic Surveys
* Utility Surveys including PAS128 standards
* Building and Measured Surveys (MBS / Laser Scanning)
* Operating Total Stations and survey equipment
* Processing survey data using n4ce software
* Producing accurate CAD drawings and documentation
* Collaborating with Engineering and CAD teams
* Nationwide travel to project sites
The Person:
* Landscape Surveyor with a background in Topographic, Measured Building, or Utilities Surveys or similar
* Proficient with Total Stations and survey equipment
* Full UK Driving Licence
