Sales Agent – £45,000+ OTE Year 1
Our client is a fast-growing marketing and technology business specialising in data-driven customer acquisition and lead generation across multiple sectors.
Through a portfolio of established comparison and enquiry platforms, the business connects consumers and businesses with trusted service providers. Significant investment in digital marketing generates thousands of high-intent customer enquiries every day.
Due to continued growth, our client is now looking to expand its in-house sales team with ambitious, target-driven Sales Executives.
The Role
This is not a traditional call centre position.
Sales Executives will engage with customers who have already expressed interest online, identifying their requirements and converting enquiries into high-quality leads for partner companies.
The role suits individuals who are motivated by performance, enjoy working towards targets, and are looking to build a long-term career in sales with strong earning potential.
Salary: £25,000-£30,000 basic
Year 1 OTE: £35,000 – £50,000+
Salary progression is available through regular performance-based reviews, with the potential to reach a £30,000 basic within the first year.
Responsibilities
* Contact warm leads who have already engaged with online platforms
* Identify customer needs and generate high-quality sales opportunities
* Build rapport and guide customers through their options
* Recognise buying signals and manage conversations effectively
* Deliver a professional and positive customer experience
* Work towards individual and team performance targets

* Quick learner with a willingness to develop sales ability
* Professional, reliable and customer-focused
Previous sales or call centre experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training is provided.
