Location: Orpington (Hybrid – 3 days in office)
Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 + Excellent Benefits

We’re working with a respected brokerage that’s looking for a Senior Commercial Account Handler to join their established team in Orpington.

The Role
Work alongside Account Executives to retain and develop commercial accounts.
Negotiate new business and renewal terms with insurers, ensuring competitive and accurate coverage.
Prepare documentation for new clients, mid-term adjustments, and renewals.
Ensure all client records and policy information are accurate and compliant.
Attend client meetings and contribute to relationship management at a senior level.
Manage day-to-day client queries, renewals, and amendments efficiently.
Mentor and support junior team members, helping drive high service standards.
Keep up to date with FCA compliance requirements and market trends.What We’re Looking For
Solid experience in commercial insurance broking (broker or insurer background).
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and time management abilities.
Confidence in managing key relationships with clients and insurers.
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to lead by example.
