We are looking for a Bank Registered Nurse to join our team and continue providing exceptional care to our residents. As a Registered Nurse with Leonard Cheshire, you will be responsible for delivering the highest standards of nursing, clinical, and personal support to our residents. Your duties will include administering medication, ensuring safe storage, and maintaining accurate records in accordance with internal procedures and NMC guidelines. You will also be responsible for effectively leading a team of support staff, prioritising and delegating tasks to ensure the needs of our residents are met within a safe and caring environment. You will support ongoing assessments and observe any changes in health and well-being, while also assisting with physical care, personal hygiene needs, and daily tasks. To be successful in this role, you must possess current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse, a thorough understanding of nursing theory and best practises, and effective nursing skills. You must also be flexible to work rostered hours and on-call as needed.
