We’re looking for an experienced Resource Manager to join our fast-paced, people-first team. This is a pivotal role in keeping the engine of our business running smoothly – a mix of planning, forecasting, data analysis, and people strategy, all designed to unlock potential across departments and regions.
What You'll Be Doing
As our Resource Manager, you'll be the central hub of all things resourcing. Your mission? Ensure our talented team is deployed effectively, project timelines are met, and the business remains agile and scalable.
Key Responsibilities Include
* Ownership of end-to-end resource planning, forecasting, and scheduling across departments and regions
* Maintaining accurate, real-time data on team utilisation and capacity
* Developing and improving resourcing tools and processes to enhance visibility and efficiency
* Leading weekly resourcing meetings and building clear, insightful dashboards
* Collaborating with Client Services, Heads of Department, Finance and Operations to forecast needs and support proactive recruitment
* Managing our freelancer talent pool, including sourcing, vetting, contracting, and availability tracking
* Providing data-led insights to drive smarter decision-making and support commercial goals
What You Will Bring
* Solid experience in resource management within an events, creative, comms or marketing agency environment
* Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in PowerBi, Excel and data reporting
* A problem-solving mindset and the ability to translate data into meaningful insights
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Strong understanding of commercial drivers and financial planning
* A highly organised, proactive, and collaborative approach
