Platform Housing Group is seeking a part-time Wellbeing Advisor based at The Rose Garden in Hereford. This role involves providing a responsive wellbeing service for retirement village residents, including health assessments and personal health programs. The ideal candidate is RGN qualified, experienced in nursing, and has great interpersonal skills. You will need the ability to travel occasionally across Worcestershire and Herefordshire. Up to £16,921 pro rata (£18.53 per hour) for 17.5 hours per week.
