What we typically look for:
* Previous experience within the energy sector is essential
* 6+ months’ experience in outbound B2B lead generation, telemarketing, business development, or sales
* Confidence discussing energy‑related products, services, or market concepts with senior stakeholders
* A target‑driven mindset with a clear motivation to maximise commission and earnings
* Proven ability to build strong business relationships and manage a sales pipeline
* Ambition, resilience, and a genuine interest in developing a long‑term career in energy and sustainability
What we offer (when roles are live):
* £25,000 base salary plus uncapped commission
* Realistic and achievable OTE of £37k+, with top performers earning significantly more
