Overview
Location: Nottinghamshire. Full-Time Hours: 37.5 per week. Full Time Salary Range: £27,861.26 - £32,002.35. Contract Type: Fixed Term until 31 March 2027. Please note: Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
Responsibilities
* We are seeking Recovery Coordinators for the new Family Support and Safeguarding multi-disciplinary teams in the following areas: Bassetlaw (1); Mansfield and Ashfield (1); Broxtowe, Gedling & Rushcliffe (2).
* Your role will be to provide a package of support and care to the adult substance user, whilst working alongside other agencies to support the whole family. The role specifications for this post are for a Recovery Coordinator, with the Family Safeguarding element as an added addendum.
* The model, originally developed in Hertfordshire, implements a multi-disciplinary team, including children's social care, substance misuse, mental health, and domestic abuse partners with a focus on integrated working with families to support improved outcomes.
Experience / Qualifications
* Extensive experience and knowledge of safeguarding practice and policy
* Experience in managing caseloads
* A commitment to multi-agency working and establishing partnerships with other professionals
* Accomplished written and verbal communication skills and a high degree of personal IT competency.
* The ability to accurately update and maintain records in a timely fashion and to work to deadlines for the submission of information, e.g. reports.
* Excellent time management skills, and an ability to work on own initiative, prioritising accordingly.
* Excellent team working and interpersonal skills, maintaining a highly cooperative approach to supporting colleagues in delivering service objectives.
* Good working knowledge of drug and alcohol-related harm and risks
