The role
Salary: £50,000 - 70,000 per year Requirements: Experience in UX/UI or product design. Strong proficiency in Figma and modern design and prototyping tools such as After Effects or equivalent. Experience working with React Native products. Ability to work independently and confidently as the sole designer on a product. Understanding of designing for diverse user groups and different cultural contexts. Interest in and openness to leveraging AI to enhance design processes and outcomes. Experience working in the financial services industry. Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end UX/UI design process, from research and wireframing to high-fidelity designs and prototypes. Conduct and apply user research insights such as usability testing, interviews, and feedback analysis to inform design decisions. Design intuitive, engaging mobile app experiences using Figma and other visual design tools. Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and wider design teams to deliver cohesive solutions. Ensure consistency with design systems while contributing improvements where needed. Iterate designs based on user feedback, data insights, and evolving product requirements.
