Global Category Manager - Property, FM & CapEx
Location: Oxfordshire (Hybrid 1/2 days on-site)
Salary: Up to £75,000 + up to 25% bonus + benefits

The Role
We’re supporting a global manufacturing business in hiring a Global Category Manager to lead Property, Facilities Management and CapEx procurement across a multi-site, international footprint.
Reporting to the Global Head of Indirects, this role owns global spend strategy, supplier performance and commercial outcomes across Property, Soft FM, CapEx, Utilities and Warehousing.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver global category strategies across Property, FM & CapEx
* Manage global property portfolio with external consultants
* Lead sourcing, supplier negotiations and contract management
* Drive cost reduction, value creation and compliance through data-led decisions
* Build strong stakeholder relationships across Operations, Manufacturing and Corporate Functions
* Support ESG, governance and wider procurement initiatives
About You
* Proven experience in a global or multi-regional procurement role
* Strong background in Property, FM, CapEx or related indirect categories
* Commercial, analytical and confident influencing senior stakeholders
* Experience within a complex, multinational organisation
* Degree qualified; CIPS desirable
