Role Description
We’re on the lookout for creative, strategic Performance Marketing Lead to help drive forward our digital marketing function & scale our next stage of growth. With a strong focus on performance marketing, specifically META. We’re looking for someone that’s excited by the opportunity of owning our in-house paid media activity. Taking full ownership of multiple paid media platforms, you’ll love diving into the data to see what’s working, what isn’t and how we can iterate on concepts to scale performance across Ads. You will oversee a team of creatives, lead on strategy and ideate new ways in which we can grow, owning results across key metrics including ROAS, CV and CAC.
Key Responsibilities
* Be an expert in Paid Social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, google etc.), demonstrating an in-depth understanding of campaign tactics, creatives and their impact on marketing metrics such as CPC, CPM & ROAS.
* Plan and execute performance-driven creative that aligns with brand objectives, focusing on audience growth, engagement, and conversion.
* Manage uploads of ads across multiple campaigns.
* Manage day‑to‑day operations of paid social campaigns and their budgets.
* Manage our in‑house creative team to try/test new Ad concepts.
* Work closely with our growing UGC database, communicating briefs effectively.
* Manage the full creative feedback loop, overseeing ad approvals, uploads & data review.
* Monitor creative performance & feedback on key metrics to ideate areas to improve & iterate.
* Lead weekly performance meetings sharing data findings & content reviews.
* Ensure that all paid performance marketing consistently exceeds target ROAS each month/quarter.
* Continually learning about the latest updates to paid social media platforms.
* Help scale performance marketing strategies with a focus on profitable ROAS.
* Stay ahead of trends across ads to find new winning angles, hooks & concepts.
* Own the in‑house content bank ideating new ways to iterate & build on concepts.
* Oversee communication between freelance editors and strategists.
What you’ll bring
* Minimum of 2+ years paid media management, specifically META incl. Campaign management, uploads, and reviewing data.
* Experience with Google ads is desirable.
* Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional work and driving business impact.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
* Great at analysing data and providing reports and feedback.
* Proficient in Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets.
