6. £50k - £60k Basic
7. £60k - £70k OTE
8. Commission earned off every order placed on the territory

The Role of the Project Sales Engineer
12. This isn’t a “box-shifting” role – it’s about delivering complete lighting project solutions to contractors through a wholesale network.
13. Taking over a well-established and lucrative territory
14. Work externally ~75% of the time – this is a field-based project sales role covering Birmingham and the West Midlands
The Ideal Person for the Project Sales Engineer
15. Strong knowledge of contractor project sales and able to own lighting projects from cradle to grave
16. A proactive, high-energy person who can build a project business pipeline
17. Can handle a fast pace, a mix of short and long sales cycles, and make quick decisions
18. Comfortable working with the wholesale channel
19. A lighting or electrical background is preferred
