New opportunity for Administrator required to work within the South Eastern Health and Social Care Trust. The role will be based in Grove House, Ballynahinch. This is a part-time role with 22.5 hours per week with a pay rate of £12.21 per hour. The working hours are 9am 5pm Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. This role is an ongoing temporary role, initially for 3 months with the possibility of extension. This will be a role working with the Early years group within the Sure Start programme that work alongside young parents and provide support and development to children. The main duties will include updating user information on to the system and handling sensitive information in relation to users. Other duties will also include monitoring response from Social media response and helping with improving and post social media adverts. Alongside this you will be working within a team and providing general assistance such as printing, scanning and monitoring emails. All Candidates will be required to undergo an Access NI.
