About the Payroll function and the Role We have an exciting vacancy for a talented and experienced payroll individual to join our payroll department located within the HR Shared Service function. Your will be part of a collaborative team that are pro-active and driven with a "can do" attitude. The team operate with a personal and friendly approach to ensure the employee lifecycle function associated with payroll is a positive experience. The successful candidate will be adaptable to change and have the skills and abilities "to hit the ground running". Previous experience of working in a fast paced, multi complex and large volume payroll department who enjoys working collaboratively with their colleagues then this role is for you. Responsibilities: Under the guidance of the Payroll Manager, you would be assisting in the delivery of full end to end payroll processing Processing various pay frequency payrolls in accordance with overtime and company absence policies for over 7000 UK employees. Processing starters and leavers with ADP IHCM payroll system. Inputting of all variable data including, bonuses, commissions, overtime within payroll and HR deadlines Auditing of all changes to the payroll/HR system. Monitoring and administering employee benefits including Childcare Vouchers, Cycle to work and Tech schemes to ensure that all deductions are correct and reconciled for fast and efficient payments to the scheme provider.
