Key Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for resident enquiries (phone, email, face‑to‑face, webchat).
* Diagnose and schedule repairs using specialist IT systems.
* Coordinate works with internal teams and external contractors.
* Plan and allocate work for maintenance operatives to ensure efficiency.
* Respond to and resolve resident repair complaints.
* Process invoices and manage contractor communications.
* Support colleagues with resident issues and tenancy processes.

* Strong customer service skills and excellent communication.
* Proven experience in repairs administration or scheduling, ideally within housing or property services.
* Good IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
* Organised, reliable, and able to work under pressure.
