Trinity House Group is a specialist finance and business transformation recruitment agency, and we're growing. We're looking for an ambitious, people-focused Graduate Resourcer to join our Birmingham team — and we'll train you on everything you need to know.

If you're a confident communicator who's thrived in a customer or client-facing environment (retail, hospitality, sales, account management — anything where people are at the centre of what you do), we want to hear from you.
What you'll be doing:
* Sourcing and approaching candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and our database
* Conducting screening calls and building genuine candidate relationships
* Working closely with experienced consultants on live briefs
* Managing pipelines and developing your knowledge of the finance & transformation market
