Accounts Assistant – Doncaster – up to £28,000
Chase & Holland are delighted to be working with a manufacturing business based on the outskirts of Doncaster, who are looking for an Accounts Assistant to bolster their finance team. Working closely with the Finance Manager you will be responsible for a variety of day-to-day operations, such as sales and purchase ledgers and basic bookkeeping.

Accounts Assistant Responsibilities:
Purchase Invoice & Purchase Credit Note processing
Sales Invoice & Sales Credit Note processing
Liaise with suppliers and provide quick responses to queries
Customer and supplier statement reconciliations
Monthly supplier payment runs
Bank reconciliation
Cashflow management
Credit card and petty cash management
Processing monthly payroll – compiling hours
Processing expense requests
Supporting the preparation of monthly management accounts
The Ideal Candidate:
AAT Qualified or working towards
IT literate including excel
Experience working in a varied accounts role
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
