Your new role
As a Senior Architect, you will lead the design and delivery ofplex architectural projects from concept through topletion. You will manage client relationships, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure design excellence across all stages. This is a strategic role offering the opportunity to shape the built environment in Belfast and beyond.
What you'll need to succeed
1. RIBA or ARB registered Architect with 7+ years post-qualification experience
2. Proven track record in leading large-scalemercial, residential or mixed-use projects
3. Strong design and technical skills, with proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows
4. Excellentmunication and leadership abilities
5. Experience in managing planning applications and construction documentation
6. Passion for sustainable design and urban innovation
