Ready to Own and Scale a World-Class Supply Chain? We’re looking for a commercially sharp, detail-obsessed Supply Chain Manager to own supply planning and coordinate end-to-end operations — from production through to delivery and product availability. This is a critical role in scaling the business. You'll be working directly with our Head of Operations & Supply Chain to ensure we deliver exceptional product quality, maintain complete availability, and build a supply chain that is efficient, resilient, and ready for growth. What You’ll Own Production Planning & Supply Management Translate demand forecasts into production plans, balancing efficiency and cost Maintain optimal stock levels and product availability across our 20 SKUs Identify risks, constraints and bottlenecks across the supply chain Sourcing & Supplier Management Source ingredients nationally and internationally, building strong supplier relationships in the process Negotiate pricing, MOQs and lead times to ensure we're set up for success Continuously evaluate supplier performance and identify new sourcing opportunities Oversee freight, customs and shipping partners, prioritising reliability and compliance Manufacturing, Packing & Operations Manage relationships with manufacturing and packing partners Ensure production runs are executed efficiently and to plan Align supply chain operations with product launches and business demand Drive improvements in processes, timelines and cost efficiency Quality & Compliance Manage our third-party testing programme, ensuring every batch meets label claims Ensure all products, suppliers and partners meet relevant regulatory requirements Own and continuously improve quality processes across suppliers and production Stay up to date with evolving regulations and support compliance for international expansion You’ll Be a Great Fit If You… Have 2-5 years experience in supply chain, ideally within FMCG, food or supplements Have strong experience with procurement and supplier management Have a solid understanding of global logistics, freight and UK and EU customs requirements Are highly numerate and comfortable working with data, using numbers to build forecasts, analyse performance and make decisions Are highly organised and comfortable managing multiple moving parts Are commercially minded with strong negotiation skills Can spot risks early and proactively solve problems Are highly detail-oriented, proactive and solutions-focused About Us We’re a female-founded, predominantly female team, proudly independent since 2013.
