Overview
Vibe are looking for a reliable and detail-focused Order Processing Assistant to support our invoicing function on a temporary basis. You'll play a key role in helping the team by completing orders accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Processing and completing customer orders as part of the invoicing function
* Ensuring accuracy of data entered into the system
* Supporting the wider team with administrative tasks as required
What we\'re looking for
* Previous experience using cloud-based software systems (desirable, but not essential)
* Good attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
* Ability to learn quickly and follow processes
* Reliable, organised, and able to work independently once trained
What\'s on offer
* Full-time hours, Monday to Friday
* £13.50 per hour - weekly paid
* Immediate start available
* Supportive team environment
* Temporary role with a minimum 4-week commitment
