Templegate Recruitment Specialist Recruiters in Financial Services Job Title: IFA Administrator Location: Staffordshire (Office-based with some flexibility) Salary: £27,000 £29,000 (based on 35 hours, depending on experience) Benefits: Pension (3% employer / 5% employee contribution) 20 days holiday bank holidays Office closure over Christmas period (discretionary) Private medical scheme (employee contribution required) Supportive and friendly working environment About the Company: Our client is a growing and forward-thinking financial planning business with ambitious expansion plans over the coming year. The firm operates within a collaborative structure, sharing resources across associated businesses to deliver high-quality advice and client service. With a strong focus on client relationships and organic growth through referrals, the business offers a supportive environment where employees are encouraged to develop their skills and progress their careers over time. Key Responsibilities: Processing new business from start to finish Preparing annual review packs and gathering client information Producing templated client reports Maintaining accurate and compliant Know Your Customer (KYC) files Handling internal compliance documentation and anti-money laundering (AML) processes Managing incoming and outgoing post, scanning, and general administration Providing excellent customer service, including telephone-based client interaction Using back-office systems (including Intelligent Office) to maintain records Taking ownership of tasks and ensuring work is completed efficiently and accurately What Were Looking For: Previous experience within an IFA or financial planning environment Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail Confident communicator, both written and verbal Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone Ability to manage workload independently and take ownership of tasks A proactive and team-oriented approach Willingness to learn and develop within the role Desirable Skills: Experience using Intelligent Office (IO) Familiarity with platforms such as Transact, Fidelity, Quilter, Aviva, Aberdeen, or Royal London How to Apply: Interested?
