Are you a Grocery National Account Manager that is ready for that step into a multiple million Tesco P&L? Maybe you’re currently on a large retail account already and want to tackle the biggest retailer in the country.
I am working with a fast growing, acquisitive business that, due to an internal promotion, is looking for a Tesco National Account Manager to join the business.
Home to multiple brands across multiple categories within snacking and confectionery, whilst also
maintaining a strong own label business, these guys are going from strength to strength.
Responsibilities;
* Own the Tesco account with a P&L value of circa. £60m, leading all commercial activity including JBPs, forecasting, promotional planning and performance tracking
* Achieve set volume, value & profit targets in line with the company budget whilst ensuring accurate forecasting and promotional planning.
* Grow brand share through distribution wins and increased range.
* Bering the point of contact for Branded and Own label.
* Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Category, Supply Chain, Technical & NPD.
* Management of a National Account Executive.
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong FMCG commercial experience, ideally with Top 4 grocery retailers
* Full P&L ownership and confident negotiation skills
* A strategic mindset with the ability to translate data and trends into actionable plans
* Someone driven, collaborative and commercially sharp – able to make an impact quickly
