Learning Support Assistant – Specialist Education Setting Location: Farnborough, Hampshire Hours: Full-time | Term time Pay: £13.75 per hour | Temp to perm, with a salaried role available We are seeking a committed and capable Learning Support Assistant to join a specialist education setting in the Farnborough area. This is a full-time, term-time position supporting older primary to early secondary-aged pupils with moderate learning difficulties, severe learning difficulties, complex needs and autism. The school provides a structured, calm and nurturing environment, with a strong emphasis on consistency, communication and personalised support. Pupils benefit from high levels of adult guidance to support their learning, independence and wellbeing. This role would particularly suit an experienced Learning Support Assistant; however, applicants with relevant transferable experience from childcare, care, health or support-based roles are also encouraged to apply.
