My client is looking to appoint an experienced Temporary Works Coordinator to join this rapidly growing and successful part of the business. Based down on Devonport Dockyard, you will be involved in the delivery of the multi-million pound upgrade programme of works - exciting stuff! To note, the role would ideally include management of lifting operations on site Snapshot of the role Reporting into the Project Director, you will be involved in the following works: Excavation, deep drainage and large earthworks Reinforced Concrete Large Infrastructure Key Responsibilities Management and coordination of Temporary Works in accordance with BS5975 and client procedures, acting as the Principal Contractor Temporary Works Coordinator Oversight and management of lifting operations to ensure compliance with the Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations and client procedures Early and ongoing engagement with package managers and contractors Managing internal Lift Supervisors Maintaining and improving project procedures to provide clear and efficient tracking and communication of temporary works schemes, lift plans, and permits Sound interested? The role would suit an experienced Site Manager, Agent or Sub-Agent who has a background in managing temporary works and lifting operations, and wants to engage in the technical aspects of project delivery on a high value multi-disciplinary project.
