Position: SEN Teacher/Project manager (Primary/Secondary – Autism/ADHD, Dyslexia)
Contract: Part-time, Freelance (Sept.2025-April with possibility to extend to end of academic year).

Salary: Competitive and reflective of experience from: £1,500 including fortnight holidays (October/Christmas/April)
Are you a passionate and skilled SEN teacher ready to shape something extraordinary?This is your chance to join Bright Futures 4 All Home Schooling Hub (BF4A) as we enter our 10th anniversary year. We are on our way to becoming South London's ultimate Community Hub for SEND families & Friends. We currently offer a range of free services, which include a: Home-Schooling Hub, Holiday camps, After-school club, Youth Development & Leadership programmes, Parent/Carer workshops, tutoring, mentors & therapists and a kitchen pantry.

Our purpose-built school annexe is nestled in a spacious, green setting in Croydon, just 10 minutes from both South Norwood and Selhurst station. We're equipped with specialist classrooms, dining room, IT room and sensory and therapeutic spaces, designed for children to flourish — both indoors and out.
Who We're Looking For
We're seeking a committed and creative teacher with a strong foundation in SEN to be part of our founding team. You'll be joining us at a pivotal stage, helping to shape the culture, curriculum, and learning environment of a organisation that puts pupils first.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to go beyond classroom teaching — to influence how things are done, work in a close-knit team, and grow professionally as we expand.
Candidate Profile
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
* Experience teaching children with mild SEND, either in a mainstream or specialist setting.
* Familiarity with GCSE and functional skills teaching
* Experience with Pecs & Makaton would be a strong advantage.
* Above all, a deep passion for supporting neurodivergent learners and a commitment to inclusive, person-centred education and advocacy.
