About This Opportunity
We�re looking for a proactive
Assistant HR Advisor
to support the delivery and development of HR services across the Council. This role offers a great opportunity to gain experience in a wide range of HR activities, including policy development, data analysis, and project support.
Key Responsibilities
* Support HR policy development and provide guidance to managers
* Maintain and improve HR systems, forms, and communications
* Organise stakeholder engagement and consultation activities
* Conduct research and benchmarking to inform HR strategy
* Assist with HR projects and transformation initiatives
Ideal Candidate
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Interest in developing a career in HR
* Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks
This role is available on a fixed term until March 2026
