My client is a leading logistics firm embarking on a key, complex, and strategic project that requires skilled Project Managers to lead the technology transformation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Management: Monitor and control the current phase, including defining, owning, and managing the overall plan.
2. Financial Management: Manage finances, including forecasting, actuals, risks & issues, and resources.
3. Status Reporting: Provide regular updates on project status.
4. Technology Delivery: Define and own the Technology Delivery model and plan for subsequent phases (design, build, test, deploy).
5. Delivery Planning: Develop detailed delivery project plans, including activities, schedules, effort, and resources.
6. Cost Management: Create and manage the cost model, ensuring supplier proposals cover all aspects of delivery.
7. Risk Management: Identify and manage assumptions, dependencies, and risks.
8. Business Case Input: Provide high-level inputs into the Business Case.
9. Project Execution: Manage the Technology Delivery model and plan following Business Case approval.
